Care Package Procedure

You may receive calls from students or parents who are upset that they have not received care packages they have purchased. Often times, this is due to a miscommunication between the parent and the student or a lack of understanding on how to pick up packages in the mail room.


After confirming that the student successfully check his/her mailbox, take down the relevant information and forward the request to the Director of Campus Services (amy_carle@brown.edu) for follow up.
